Princeton, NJ, February 2, 2021 — The Central New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named Lasley Brahaney Architecture + Construction of Princeton, NJ, the 2021 CotY Winner in three categories in its annual awards competition.

“Our team is very excited to be named CotY Award winner in multiple categories this year,” said owner Marc Brahaney. “We are especially grateful that we’ve been able to continue our work with Princeton homeowners even under challenging conditions.”

Each year, NARI presents CotY Awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The CotY Awards are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. The judging panel representing industry experts, selects winners based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty.

The winning projects included an interior renovation of a kitchen and family room. Second, an exterior renovation added copper details, window and shutter upgrades and a substantial porch to a colonial home. The final project was a combined garage and guest house constructed at the Jersey Shore where the original structure was destroyed. The guest house complements a main residence on the same property.
