This project was recognized with the 2024 NARI Contractor of the Year award for Residential Architectural Design. The two-story transformation focused on expanding a primary bedroom into a suite of rooms with enlarged bath and his/her closets. Directly below, a new sunroom is filled with light, offering a year-round space for entertaining and relaxing.
