LEED-Certified Princeton Office

The Lasley Brahaney design-build team took on our own office space renovation. The key priority was to use green building practices in order to support the sustainable building in our community.

We followed the nationally accepted benchmark for design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings which resulted in the building being LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified.

90% of the building shell was reused. Locally manufactured galvanized steel siding was installed which requires zero maintenance and is made from 100% recyclable material.

Great care was taken with the indoor environmental quality including low VOC paints, LEED approved furniture and as well as materials that do not contain urea-formaldehyde.
